When I designed this home, I set out to provide all the space you'd find in a home that requires a 15m wide block. Goal achieved, this means it's possible to invest  less  money in smaller land while still achieving a spacious home. In addition, one can fit a total of four cars within the boundary line, two in the garage and two outside it.
