Three storey floor plans with garaging for three cars

When drawing three storey floor plans, it’s important to consider the cost of engineering & site works. This is a huge cost and we employ creative measures to minimise this cost as best as we can. This lower area holds three cars, has a store area and two large water tanks. The home was built using ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork).
